L’objectif de cette enqu\u00eate \u00e9tait de faire \u00e9voluer la sociologie des organisations en proposant et v\u00e9rifiant empiriquement une nouvelle th\u00e9orie de l’action collective entre pairs, une forme d’organisation coll\u00e9giale, non bureaucratique, qui doit s’appuyer sur des infrastructures relationnelles personnalis\u00e9es pour fonctionner. Aux donn\u00e9es de r\u00e9seaux sociaux, d’attributs, de choix de leviers, de choix normatifs entre les 71 avocats du cabinet (parfois seulement entre les 36 associ\u00e9s) s’ajoutent, en 1996, deux documents indisponibles auparavant (le contrat d’association en vigueur en 1991 – au moment de l’enqu\u00eate r\u00e9seaux – et les donn\u00e9es comptables sur la performance \u00e9conomique de tous les avocats du cabinet en 1990 et 1991). Les principaux r\u00e9sultats obtenus gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces donn\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9s par E. The purpose of this research project (carried out 1988-1991) was to contribute to the sociology of organizations by proposing and exemplifying a new theory of collective action among rival peers, a form of collegial (which does not mean congenial), non-bureaucratic organization that produces collective innovation and must rely on deliberation and personalized relational infrastructures to operate. In addition to data on social networks (collaboration, advice and \u201cfriendship\u201d) among the 71 lawyers in the firm (sometimes only among the 36 partners), the dataset also includes the following: socio-demographic attributes, choices of levers in pressuring partners back to good order (lateral control regime), normative controversies and choices leading to a new neo-structural approach to institutional entrepreneurship. Two previously unavailable documents were added in 1996 (the partnership agreement en vigueur<\/em> in 1991 – at the time of the network survey – and accounting data on the economic performance of all the lawyers in the firm in 1990 and 1991). The main results obtained from this research project were published in the form of articles, and then in a synthesis, The Collegial Phenomenon<\/em>, in 2001.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
